Simone’s experience in design coordination and project delivery enables her to bridge the gap between concept and construction, ensuring that projects are efficiently managed and effectively executed. She is highly skilled in working with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to drive coordination, resolve design challenges, and maintain project momentum.

Simone plays a key role in supporting the delivery of international stadium and venue projects, bringing a collaborative approach and a keen eye for detail to every stage of development.

Her ability to manage multiple interfaces, maintain clear communication, and support programme delivery makes her a valuable addition to the Stadium Structures team as we continue to expand our global project portfolio.

Simone joins Stadium Structures as an International Projects Manager, bringing a strong background in design coordination and project delivery across the UK construction sector. With experience gained at leading contractors including BAM UK & Ireland and Willmott Dixon, Simone has developed a well-rounded understanding of complex project environments and multidisciplinary team collaboration.

Her career has been built on supporting the successful delivery of major schemes, with a strong focus on design management, commercial coordination and programme alignment. Simone has worked across all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring that design intent is maintained while meeting practical, operational, commercial, and programme requirements.

Her time within tier one contractors has equipped her with a strong understanding of structured project processes, risk management, and quality assurance.

RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Bedworth Physical Activity Hub – Community leisure development (£36M): Delivery of a state-of-the-art health and wellbeing hub featuring multi-sport gym and swimming facilities, a FIFA-standard pitch, landscaped cycle trails, parkland, and integrated café amenities.
Warwick Arts Centre – Landmark cultural development (£25.5M): Delivery of a state-of-the-art arts venue featuring HD digital auditoria, gallery spaces, and premium restaurant facilities.
Interdisciplinary Biomedical Research (£33M): Delivery of a flagship biomedical research facility incorporating advanced laboratories, lecture theatres, and collaborative workspaces, with 50% of the project delivered through off-site manufacturing to improve programme efficiency, quality assurance, and construction delivery.

Whitehouse Medical Centre –Development of a modern healthcare facility incorporating specialist clinical treatment rooms, renal and endoscopy units, pharmacy services, recovery suites, and a dedicated health education theatre.
The Marches – Residential development project (£34M): Construction of 266 high-quality two, three, and four-bedroom homes within a large-scale community development.
