Matthew is a highly experienced and solutions-driven Project Manager at Stadium Structures, bringing more than 25 years of construction and project delivery expertise across major commercial, residential, infrastructure, leisure, and stadium developments throughout the UK. Since joining the industry, Matthew has been instrumental in leading complex projects from pre-construction through to delivery, combining strong technical knowledge with disciplined programme and operational management. With an extensive background working for leading contractors including Balfour Beatty, Sir Robert McAlpine, Galliford Try, Willmott Dixon, Acheson Construction and Knights Brown, Matthew has successfully delivered a wide range of high-profile schemes including Heathrow Terminal 2B, Arsenal Stadium, Cabot Circus Shopping Centre, Winchester Sports and Leisure Park, Bournemouth University’s Poole Gateway Building, and multiple large-scale residential and mixed-use developments.

He is recognised for his ability to build strong collaborative relationships across project teams, identify and resolve risks early, and maintain momentum throughout all phases of construction. A confident communicator and experienced operational leader, Matthew combines technical depth with commercial awareness and a proactive management style that consistently delivers results for clients and stakeholders alike. Matthew is responsible for managing both onsite and off-site teams, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, overseeing procurement and programme schedules, and maintaining close collaboration with commercial and design management teams. Matthew’s breadth of industry experience, leadership capabilities, and commitment to excellence make him a key asset to the Stadium Structures project delivery team.
