Ilya is a results-driven Project Manager at Stadium Structures, delivering complex commercial projects from concept through to final fit-out. Since joining the business in 2025, he has applied his extensive experience in high-value, multidisciplinary developments to ensure programme certainty, commercial control, and uncompromising quality at every stage.

With a strong foundation from his time at Laing O’Rourke, Ilya has managed critical packages on landmark schemes including Oxford North and Pinewood Studios. His expertise spans structural elements, full MEP coordination, Passive Fire Stopping compliance, and high-end internal finishes—consistently aligning technical delivery with design intent.

Ilya is recognised for his ability to translate complex design into practical, buildable solutions. He works closely with consultants and subcontractors to identify risks early, resolve technical challenges efficiently, and maintain momentum on site. His meticulous approach minimises rework, protects programme integrity, and safeguards cost. A confident and proactive leader, Ilya excels in managing complex site logistics and trade coordination while upholding rigorous health and safety standards.

He maintains strong client relationships throughout delivery and remains closely involved during the defect liability period, ensuring a smooth handover and sustained client confidence. Ilya’s technical depth, commercial awareness, and disciplined approach make him a key asset to the Stadium Structures project management team.
