Dan is a highly experienced Accounts Manager with over 25 years of expertise in financial management and accountancy within small to medium-sized organisations.

He is a confident and collaborative team player with a strong track record of delivering cost-reduction initiatives and implementing effective savings programmes. Known for his credibility, attention to detail, and strategic financial oversight, Dan consistently supports organisations in improving financial performance and operational efficiency.

Dan began his accountancy career in 1999, working for several leading local accountancy practices. During this time, he progressed from an Audit Junior to an Audit Senior, gaining extensive experience in financial reporting, auditing, and client management.

In 2005, Dan decided to move into an industry-based role, joining a local airport as an Accounts Manager. This transition allowed him to apply his technical knowledge in a more operational environment, taking on greater responsibility for financial management, budgeting, and supporting strategic decision-making within the organisation.

Following this role, Dan went on to gain further experience across a number of businesses, continuing to build his expertise in financial management and developing a reputation as a reliable and pragmatic finance professional.

Eventually, Dan decided it was time to work closer to home and pursue an opportunity where he could make a long-term impact within a growing business. He joined the team at Stadium Structures, where he now oversees all aspects of the company’s finance function. In this role, Dan is responsible for ensuring strong financial controls, supporting the leadership team with financial insight, and helping the business maintain a stable and sustainable financial position as it continues to grow
